“Hi all I started Xmas 2025 being told that my back would be requiring surgery as the gaps in a few of my lower back vertebrae have narrowed to the point that that are squashing multiple nerves and I was finding it harder and harder to walk around and do every day task’s.
I have now had 2 appointment’s in 2 weeks and have never had such a positive response to any treatment I’ve had in the past and I’ve tried everything from physical therapy to acupuncture to chiropractor’s ect.
The stabbing pains in my lower back have reduced to almost none existence.
I still have a little bit of nerve pain in my left leg butt this is minimal copered to what it has been like.
I’ve have even been out using gym equipment and playing football with my kids witch are things that I wasn’t sure I was going to be doing this Xmas.
Going to this practice was all by chance my wife and only sore the a little sign that said pain relief
as we were driving home and my wife said my as well give it ago so I did and I’m so glad I did and I can’t wait to see how much more improvement Keishi can help me achieve
