Thank you for a great feedback. It was unfortunate that two other therapists had not been able to fix the problem. As we always say, anybody can do MASSAGE. If people look for a MASSAGE, they will get a MASSAGE. Maybe nothing else. If what people want is a PAIN RELIEF, they need to find someone who can deliver a PAIN RELIEF. MASSAGE is a feature, PAIN RELIEF is a benefit. If you just look for a feature, you might end up with no benefit.
